邊幅：本指布帛（bo）的邊緣，借以比喻人的儀表、衣著、生活作風(fēng) 。
原來形容不拘小節(jié) 。
后來形容不注意衣衫、容貌的整潔。
Bianfu：This refers to the edge of cloth and silk (bo), so to compare people's appearance, clothing, life style.
Originally describe informal.
Later described to do not pay attention to the clothes, the appearance of the neat.

術(shù)：技術(shù)、智術(shù) 。
原指沒有學(xué)問，因而沒有好辦法。
現(xiàn)指沒有學(xué)問，沒有本領(lǐng) 。
Xue：Knowledge;
Shu：Technology, wisdom.
There is no knowledge, so there is no good way.
Now it means no knowledge, no ability.
