第五屆恐龍寶寶與恐龍蛋國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)討論會(huì)

1、簡(jiǎn)介：

擬定于2012年9月在浙江省杭州市浙江自然博物館召開的“第五屆恐龍寶寶與恐龍蛋國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)討論會(huì)”，是繼2009年美國(guó)蒙大拿州第四屆恐龍寶寶與恐龍蛋大會(huì)之后的又一次盛會(huì) ，也是該大會(huì)首次在亞洲地區(qū)舉辦。會(huì)議以“恐龍寶寶與恐龍蛋”為主題，關(guān)注全球相關(guān)研究的新發(fā)現(xiàn)和新進(jìn)展。本次研討會(huì)除了開展一系列學(xué)術(shù)研討外，還將舉辦“恐龍寶寶與恐龍蛋”特展，并赴浙江長(zhǎng)興、天臺(tái)和東陽進(jìn)行野外地質(zhì)調(diào)查等。

2、承辦方介紹：浙江自然博物館

浙江自然博物館是中國(guó)為數(shù)不多的省級(jí)自然歷史博物館，也是中國(guó)人自己創(chuàng)辦的歷史最悠久的博物館之一，始建于1929年。2009年7月，新館建成開放。館內(nèi)化石標(biāo)本藏品豐富，包含了多種恐龍蛋化石、珍稀鳥類化石以及烏龜?shù)盎鹊?。

浙江自然博物館位于杭州市中心西湖文化廣場(chǎng) ，建筑面積2.6萬平方米，常設(shè)展廳面積9000平方米，臨時(shí)展廳面積2500平方米，庫房面積5000平方米。交通發(fā)達(dá)，生活便利，周遭賓館餐館林立，滿足不同層次的需求。

3、會(huì)議日程安排

9月14日會(huì)前野外考察人員注冊(cè)
9月15日會(huì)前野外考察（長(zhǎng)興地質(zhì)公園）；會(huì)議人員注冊(cè)
9月16-17日學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議
9月18日野外地質(zhì)考察（天臺(tái)盆地；國(guó)清寺）
9月19日野外地質(zhì)考察（東陽盆地，宿東陽市）
9月20日會(huì)議結(jié)束

3.1 會(huì)前考察路線

9月14日在浙江自然博物館注冊(cè)報(bào)到。9月15日早上從杭州乘車前往長(zhǎng)興，考察地層浙江長(zhǎng)興煤山剖面的海相二疊-三疊系界限和全球界限層型(GSSP,金釘子)，當(dāng)日返回杭州。

3.2 會(huì)后考察路線

9月18日早上從杭州乘車前往天臺(tái)，考察天臺(tái)盆地，參觀天臺(tái)國(guó)清寺，當(dāng)日驅(qū)車至東陽市，宿東陽市。9月19日考察東陽盆地，當(dāng)日返回杭州。

4、國(guó)內(nèi)代表注冊(cè)費(fèi)
【第五屆恐龍寶寶與恐龍蛋國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)討論會(huì)】
會(huì)前野外考察費(fèi)用 300人民幣（50美元），會(huì)議費(fèi)用900人民幣（150美元），會(huì)后野外考察900人民幣（150美元），可自主選擇參加項(xiàng)目。該注冊(cè)費(fèi)不包含參加者會(huì)議期間住宿、伙食、交通、會(huì)議日程手冊(cè)等費(fèi)用。會(huì)后野外考察費(fèi)用包含東陽市食宿及國(guó)清寺門票等費(fèi)用。所有費(fèi)用學(xué)生減半（注冊(cè)時(shí)需提供有效證件，學(xué)生證或研究生證）。

注冊(cè)費(fèi)用于注冊(cè)報(bào)道時(shí)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)支付。

5、論文摘要

歡迎所有與會(huì)人員提交有關(guān)恐龍寶寶和恐龍蛋研究各個(gè)領(lǐng)域及相關(guān)專業(yè)進(jìn)展的論文摘要。精選論文將被“Historical Biology”收錄發(fā)表。

論文摘要請(qǐng)用英文撰寫，每篇摘要的篇幅為A4紙2-3頁，字體為Times New Roman，正文字號(hào)12號(hào) 。摘要內(nèi)容包括：題目、作者、單位、通訊方式、郵件地址、四個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞、摘要內(nèi)容，以及必要的圖標(biāo)（最多一幅；圖表詳細(xì)要求見Abstract Format）。作者名或縮寫在前，姓在后。具體格式參考Abstract Format，可從大會(huì)網(wǎng)站下載。

第五屆恐龍寶寶與恐龍蛋國(guó)際研討會(huì)語言為英語和中文。

About Us:

Zhejiang Museum of Natural History is one of the few provincial-level museums in natural history in China. Its predecessor, the West Lake Museum, was born out of the first West Lake Exposition in 1929. During the past 80 years, it has played an active role in protecting natural heritage, popularizing science, conducting academic researches and promoting cultural exchange, and so forth. The new Museum, covering an area of 26,000 square meters, was officially opened to the public for free in July, 2009.

Zhejiang Museum of Natural History is located in the center of Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Hotels and restaurants are conveniently located near the museum.

The Museums current facility opened in 2009 and has a lecture room and several meeting rooms. Zhejiang Museum of Nature History houses over 3000 dinosaur eggs and other dinosaur fossils.

14th Sept, 2012 Registration for a participant of premeeting fieldtrip at the museum
15th Sept, 2012 One-day trip to Changxing Geopark featuring the Global Stratotype Section and Point (GSSP) of the Permian-Triassic. Hangzhou
16-17th Sept, 2012 Two days of talks and poster sessions to be held at the museum.
18th Sept, 2012 Two days fieldtrip begins. Day 1 will include a visit to the famous Guoqing temple and the Tiantai Basin where many dinosaur eggs have been discovered.
19th Sept, 2012 Day 2 of fieldtrip will include a visit to the Dongyang Basin and dinosaur skeleton, egg, and footprint localities. Hangzhou
20th Sept, 2012 Symposium ends
※Fieldtrips are optional, and the post-meeting 2-day field trip includes one-night stay in Dongyang City.

- Fill the registration table correctly and clearly.
- Submit the filled table together with abstract to isodeb5@zmnh.com .
- A confirm mail will be send in five work days.
Registration fee:
Including conference kit, abstract volume, accommodation in dongyang city, transportation from Hangzhou to Changxing and Hangzhou to Tiantai or Dongyang, meals and breaks, and travel insurance during the trip. Please note that the registration fees do not include accommodation, insurance. Reception dinners and banquet during the conference will be arranged by conference organizers.

Abstract Submission:
All participants are invited to submit abstracts regarding your research on areas of dinosaur eggs and dinosaur babies. Each submitted abstract will be reviewed by appropriate members of the Scientific Committee and/or by outside reviewers. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Abstract Volume.

Abstracts:
- Written in English, Font-Book Antiqua, Font size-12 pt - Not exceed 5,000 characters or not over two A4 pages (including spaces and punctuation), counting title, authors, affiliations, and references - Abstracts will be published in an Abstract Volume distributed during the conference.
Deadline for abstract submission: 31 MAY 2012.
Abstracts must be submitted ELECTRONICALLY by 31 May 2012. No abstracts will be accepted without registration. Every registered participant has the right to submit up to two extended abstracts. Abstracts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format to isodeb5@zmnh.com !

Special Exhibition:
A special exhibition will include fossil eggs with embryos, dinosaur babies, and all types of fossil eggs found in China. If you are interested in displaying your research in the exhibit, we can assist you in having permanent panels made in Hangzhou. Authors, however, assume responsibility for the expense.

Language:
The official languages of symposium are English and Chinese.
