我不知道他何以會就這樣丟棄了“誠信”，而且是在“思索”之后。我不禁想問：他真的曾經(jīng)思索過嗎？余秋雨說：“只有當(dāng)生命被逼迫到了最后的邊界，一切才變得深刻。”然而我真的不希望看到，在生與死的邊緣，曾經(jīng)出現(xiàn)了這樣一種舍棄“誠信”的“深刻” 。這種取舍，無論如何我都無法認(rèn)同。

也許正是由于他曾經(jīng)有過漫長的人生跋涉，他才會有了如是抉擇？也許他是害怕了吧。說到誠信與風(fēng)度，不能不談魏晉。那是一個真正的亂世。“龍質(zhì)鳳章”的嵇康何嘗不是至誠至信之人？然而現(xiàn)在在哪兒呢？只留下臨刑撫琴的慷慨與豪情，還有“《廣陵散》從此絕矣”的凄怨哀嘆。還有岳武穆，不是一樣連同他的“精忠報國”、《武穆遺書》葬于黃土？他不能不害怕，因為有著太多的前車之鑒。所以他在對歷史教訓(xùn)的“思索”后，選擇了拋棄“誠信” 。千年后的人們畢竟對于英雄的悲劇有了淡化的念頭，然而卻因這教訓(xùn)而拋棄“誠信”，那么千年前呢？這樣“誠信要不得”的觀念該是何等地深入人心呀！所以我這一嘆，不僅在現(xiàn)在，也嘆到千年前，那個人心尚古的年代。

我也知道歷史，知道歷史的教訓(xùn) 。然而我會為保留“誠信”而不惜拋棄其他的六個背囊，甚至“健康” 。我不要健康的肉體，而要健康的靈魂。沒有誠信，靈魂便是一種殘缺和卑瑣的存在。這樣的存在，我寧愿它湮滅于唐朝的煙塵宋朝的風(fēng)中，重新洗盡鉛華。

沒有誠信便沒有歷史。中國文化便是無數(shù)前代史家們的誠信碑載。所以，回顧歷史的所謂教訓(xùn)前，你應(yīng)該先看到血與淚書寫的“誠”與“信”，你不應(yīng)該在用誠信的筆書寫的歷史的回顧中拋棄了誠信，你應(yīng)該對自己說：誠信，自我而始。

保有這樣誠信的念頭，或許是由于我“跋涉”的人生尚短。或許走的多了，看的多了，自然會產(chǎn)生一種超拔念頭。就像我們在高處看螞蟻搬家，總會發(fā)現(xiàn)它們在擇路上的諸多可議論處。不僅是誠信，當(dāng)你面臨任何一次生死抉擇時都該有更深刻的思索。不要潦草地選擇，否則那也是在潦草你的人生。

Technique is of no use unless it is combined with musical knowledge and understanding. Great artists are those who are so thoroughly at home in the language of music that they can enjoy performing works written in any century.

People have always had to find ways to keep food safe to eat. Methods to dry, smoke and salt food were invented thousands of years ago. The process of canning is much more recent. This storage method keeps food safe to eat for long periods of time. Today, canning is one of the most popular methods of storing food.
Canning uses heat to kill 1)bacteria and other micro-organisms that cause poisons to form in food. Canning also takes away the air that these organisms need to live. One popular method of canning uses a water bath.
Clean fruits or vegetables are placed in glass bottles. The food can be put into the bottles either hot or cold. The cold method is used for soft fruits and vegetables that could lose their shape or taste. Firmer fruits and most vegetables are usually cooked. They take up less space in the bottles.
After the food has been placed in glass bottles, boiling water is poured into the bottles to about three centimeters below the top. Then covers are placed on the bottles, but are not turned all the way. The bottles are placed in a large container filled with warm water that is then brought to a boil.
The water must completely cover the bottles, from three to five centimeters over the top. When the water boils, any air in the bottles will be 2)expelled. The boiling continues for several minutes. Then the bottles are allowed to cool. Finally, they are placed briefly into cold water. This makes a strong barrier to keep the air out. In other words, a 3)vacuum is created.
When the bottles are completely cool, notes can be placed on them to identify what is inside. The bottles can then be stored in a cool, dark place at a temperature of between four and twenty-one degrees 4)Celsius.
Canning allows your family to enjoy foods that might not come fresh throughout the year. It is also a good way to store food for six months to a year, or even several years, in case of an emergency. It does not cost much to continue canning every year once the equipment has been purchased.
