【美人魚(yú)鮮奶蛋糕的做法】

材料:
蛋糕
低筋面粉 150克、干酵母 1茶勺、鹽 1/4茶勺、白糖 25克、雞蛋 1個(gè)、牛奶 50毫升、黃油 30克 。
鮮奶油
動(dòng)物性鮮奶油 200毫升、細(xì)砂糖 15克 。
芝士霜
奶油奶酪 50克、細(xì)砂糖 25克、動(dòng)物性鮮奶油 160毫升 。
做法:
1.將低筋面粉與干酵母、鹽、白糖混合均勻;
2.加入雞蛋、牛奶,攪拌至面糊光滑;
3.加入柔軟的黃油,繼續(xù)攪拌至面團(tuán)中的黃油被完全混合;
4.覆蓋面團(tuán),靜置1-2小時(shí),等待發(fā)酵;
5.發(fā)酵膨脹后 , 將面團(tuán)揉成圓形,分成兩個(gè)面團(tuán),揉成橢圓形;
6.將面團(tuán)放入模具內(nèi),烤箱預(yù)熱至180度,烤20-25分鐘;
7.將烤好的蛋糕取出,靜置待涼;
8.動(dòng)物性鮮奶油加入細(xì)砂糖,打至硬性發(fā)泡狀 , 放冰箱冷藏備用;
9.奶油奶酪加入細(xì)砂糖,攪拌均勻,加入動(dòng)物性鮮奶油,再次攪拌;
